Ice on Ice is a leave-in conditioning finishing spray & de-tangler with sunscreen.  Repels dirt, dust, urine and pollutants that damage and break the coat.  Water soluble and can be added to final rinse.  Adds elasticity and strength to the coat when brushing.  An excellent product to use in combination with grooming tools for de-matting.
